Journeying Together group
We hold informal lay-led liturgies, including time for silence and meditation; discuss ideas and books that some members have read; and share our spiritual journeys. We also make group visits to talks and cultural events, and may organise occasional workshops.
We aim for inclusivity in our language and our thinking, particularly focusing on bringing forth the suppressed feminine strand within the Judeo-Christian tradition, seeking for balance between male and female language for the divine; making explicit the deep connection between human beings and the web of life; giving expression to our individual and group creativity in making our liturgies and in other ways; listening to our struggles and our joys, and for the voice of the Holy Spirit.
We are also interested in the interface between faiths and the commonalities found at a deep level in mystical traditions.
Monthly meetings are on held on Fridays from 6.30-9.00pm in London W8.
This group is currently closed to new members, since we have reached our full capacity. If you would like to be informed when there is room for a new member, please email Petra Griffiths at firstname.lastname@example.org.
